1/2 MOA adjustments good for an airgun?

I have that same scope. I have used it on my 7mag and now it is on my 6.8spc. It is a great scope for a flat shooting rifle. On a air rifle because of the arc the pellet travels, I would recommend something with mil dots. I have the bushnell legend on my condor.
As far as the 1/2″ moa, that is a 1/8″ movement at 25 yards. I feel that is plenty for an air rifle.
I use a Zeiss scope which has 10mm@100meters per click. Which is about 2/3 of 1/2 moa. I find that it gives you plenty of accuracy for ajustment and enables you to move to different distances nice and fast. So give it a try and tell us how you fair.

Use a base adjustable for elevation and windage, keep scope on optical center? No, I wouldn’t recommend using 1/2moa for an airgun.
Good for moving long distances quickly, say from 50yds to 300yds, not too many clicks per turret revolutions.
I use a scope with .34 or 1/3moa clicks and it works for me. Never thought about it, .1mil = about .34moa.
Take a 1/4 moa scope and try to using ‘”2′” clicks, instead of one click to Zero your rifle, where 2 clicks is equal to one 1/2 moa click.

Yike, seems like a big click, 1/2!!
But then I like 1/8 for fine tuning, in a 30mm tube for lots of clicks.

I use 1/2 min on my condor, Its fine for most stuff , I like because its quick .
probably not good for serious target shooting
