Veles should be fun
Ive got the EDgun bug bad.
Matador is here and I LOVE the design and the fact that its made in my home country =)
Now I am patiently waiting (not really) for new Veles from Tony.
Last I heard couple of days ago that its in St.Peterburg Russia waiting to be shipped to Tony.
Oh good times! Planing for optics and other little things.

I ordered Veles in .177 cal for close range shooting.
Probably going to use it with Weaver 2.5-8 scope.
For long range I have Matador and for medium range have Lelya on order in .22 😉
The wait is hard, but it will be nice when it gets here.

Has casually found out fans Veles on other continent. :). If it is interesting, I can describe history of mine Veles.
I will begin with that from items EdGun I at first have acquired Matador. Very beautiful and exact rifle constructed under the scheme bullpup.
It provides exact shooting by bullets of calibre.22 on a distance about 100 meters. But to use it at mobile hunting
Not so conveniently. The Reason-big weight.
I have decided to purchase what нибудь the pneumatic weapon easier and mobile. The choice has fallen on Veles. Small correspondence with Edvard
And I have received Veles in calibre.22.

Well and at last, experiment has been produced. The trunk, long 240mm has been replaced with a trunk of the same calibre, long 300мм.

Trunk replacement has given a gain of speed of a bullet on 20m/с and it has turned out 240 m/c. For the account more настильной trajectories of flight of a bullet
Accuracy has increased by distances to 50m.

Trust me you wont regret it……Clarity and performance are top notch at a heavy price though 🙁
I can consistently hit an egg at 50-60 yards….
Beyond that…the max I have shot with the veles is 65 yards ……..(Popped a Crow)
Oh yeah before I forget…the illuminated center dot is an advantage to drop those rodents in the night…
I have popped countless crows at 20-30 yards range…
Mine is the .177 version …and I use the 10.3gr Exacts.

Any Idea on what you will be using for optics? I am also waiting on a Veles pistol. I tend to shoot all of my pistols with rifle scopes but since I am getting the short I want to keep it a bit compact. I really do not want to use a red dot sight. Thanks

But for some reason there is an issue with shipping it and it has been sitting in St.Petersburg Russia for awile now.
I am not sure if they are waiting for all the Matadors and Lelyas to be built so they can ship it all together…
Either way I just hope it will start going to USA sometime soon. Preferably along with my .22 Lelya 👿
