bushes help

hi guys. Need some help big time. Just had some bushes made for my 19 inch .25 barrel. problem now is that when push the breach forward to cock the weapon it wont cock wont go any more forward. but when i move my barrel forward it cocks and help would be good. Cheers lads. 😀

Is one bush shorter then the other or is the distance from barrel to bushing screw to end of bushing different?

Check my edit above. I always figured aft was to the rear.

If you end up repositioning the barrel from original, setting it slightly towards the Valve will slightly improve FPS but you need room to position and insert the different size pellets and make sure it doesn’t mess up the other adjustments.

Maybe someone else has had your problem after changing bushings and has a better solution.

Is the new bushing wider front to aft? Is the set screw hole offset a little? Maybe just turn it around or drill offset holes to move it forward a bit.
OR, did I figure that backwards and will you then have to reposition the barrel set screws TH maintain Mizzle/valve spacing. The barrel further away from the Valve would decrease FPS.
