Webley Tempest???
Has anyone or does anyone own a Webley Tempest? I would like to know a little about them, and possibly buy one if someone has one for sale.

My buddy has one. It was his father’s…very old. The forward pin for the cocking mechanism broke one day while he was trying it. I replaced it and just had to shoot it. I was disappointed with its “beachball accuravy” and severe lack of power. It’s a beautiful pistol…that’s about it. A staok 2240 is a superior shooting pistol for a fraction of the money.

they are fun and classic, not very powerfull and not very accurate, they do feel good in the hand, look cool and are very compact, at least the Tempest is. Both of mine are .177. Though I don’t use them much, I would hate to part with them.
They feel great in the hand and they look great.
They have BEACH BALL accuracy and suck for precision shooting.
i have one in .177. had it for over 15 years but rarely shoot it- seriously doubt it has more than 250 rounds through it. took it out of the safe about a month ago( i forgot it was in there in the back) and shot it a few times. even though it hadn’t been fired in 4-5 years , it still worked fine. have the original owners manuals too but no box. if you want it, let me know and we can figure out a price- i certainly haven’t checked prices for it.

I got my Tempest today, Thanks DollarHunt!!! I love the way it feels in the hand and is real fun to shoot, But you guys were right, this thing couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn.. at least not twice near the same spot 😛 I think My Cummins Tool B3 is more accurate. 😉
