LD Seals Question

Has anyone experienced gas blowing out the cocking slots? I got one from Mac 1 a couple of weeks ago and it blows!

I shrouded it and it’s definately coming from the slots. I talked to Tim and he said it could be an o-ring next to the frame got damaged in assembly or it could be a powerful gun discharging extra. Tried the F1 chrony in the basement under incandescant light (no lite kit) and got such varied numbers that I’m really not sure. For instance 18.1 Jsb @ 682, 687, 744. Then 14.0 Meisters @ 827, 532, 528. This a 10″ barrel at 65F on 12 gram. Not sure about the chrony now and it’s a little too loud to shoot outside with the snow and no leaves.

I’m about ready to send it back for a fix but not positive it’s bad, just pretty sure.

BTW it’s accurate and shot count is 25 b/4 it’s dead on high but I don’t know where it truly drops off.
