Shoebox to Airforce air fill set up?
I have a SCUBA with K valve. I use the Airforce K valve fill adapter.
I also own another K valve fill adapter for Paintball tanks.
Without having the Shoebox in front of me, what adapter hose can I use to fill the SCUBA and the airforce tank?
I was thinking I could hook the output of the shoebox to the output of the paintball K valve adapter while on the SCUBA to fill the SCUBA.
Does this work?
I have been on Joes site but haven’t spoken to anyone yet.

My cost too is 10$ round trip + 6 per fill but only to 3K!!!
I figure I would have shot so much more during the warmer season if I had a larger supply of air.
I’m seeing 44cf 4.5k psi tanks all over for 30 to 300 plus shipping. 2 of them for $130 shipped I have my eye on.
Ya do it! Just filled my 44cf from 2300 to 4200 in about 4.5 hours with the shoebox!!!!!! I may have to tweak the cut off switch as I let it cool and still couldn’t get past 4200. But shit! I figure 10+ bucks gas at least, plus the 6 for the fill it won’t take long for this to pay for it’s self!!!! Many thanks Tom!!!!

That is a wise move.
Now remember a out of date scba tank is as safe as any of them, and can be had for around $100.00, as long as your filling it your okay.
Get a hose from Joe Brancato, great guy, good equipment, then you can connect just like I did.
It was a wonderful day for me when I dropped off those heavy scuba tanks and sold them to the dive shop.

No, I’m getting the 4.5k, upgrading my tanks to 4.5k and my paintball tanks now are 4.5k.

You need a hose on it to make it user friendly.
Are you ordering a 3000PSI Shoebox?

My tank is 3k. My adapter for the Airforce tank is mounted to the K valve adapter.
I have the same type adapter with a female fitting for paintball tanks.
I think I need a female paintball fitting to connect to the shoebox to my paintball female or K valve.

If your Air Force fill adapter has a hose with a quick detactable female nipple, it will connect to the Shoebox male nipple.
You hook it to the Shoebox nipple and then open the valve on your scuba tank so the air can flow into the scuba tank. Then turn on the Shoebox and your shop compressor
Is your scuba tank a 3000 psi tank?

Check out Joe’s site! Great dude! I got an tank and fill adapter from him. You deff want his micro hose fill adapter. It’s very nice. Use it to fill the SCBA from the shoebox and to fill the gun bottle from the SCBA!!!
