I want to strongly advise all forum members that the limited consumption of lard is not detrimental to your health!
Contrary to popular belief, and in the interests of a happier life, until September and October (R3 DAY), lard can be essential to the proper frying, and taste attributes, of chicken.
It is my personal hope that Ed will increase his consumption of lard, and allow all of us who wait for his product, to pay only the original Matador price when the new, improved, and much more expensive R3 arrives on our shores.
May the Lard be with you!
