Safety removal
not too good with describing the process, but my no.1 rule is to watch your springs when taking off the trigger group cover, theyll go a flyin!

I removed the safety today and now it is fantastic .
very soft and lightweight.
I just took off the parts: 1 / 2 and 4.

Do the trigger setscrew mod the same time you do this. My experience is it helps with engagement after the safety is removed! +your halfway through already!

I never put the pins back in after I removed them…. I guess my wife is correct, I do everything half-assed 😕 🙄

Oops I was typing while wok was posting!
Ok I’ll try from memory-If I leave a step out-someone will add the forgotten step.
0. remove the forearm, one screw.
1. Remove the very tiny screw holding the trigger shoe, careful not to drop the very tiny nut on the back of tha trigger shoe. Remove trigger shoe.
2. remove the screw inside the hollow of the hand grip, remove the hand grip and hand grip retainer. It is the large circle with slot above the hand grip in the side of the frame. Note the angle of the slot-it aligns the screw hole for the hand grip screw.
Caution You will release tension on 3 springs. They could be lost, so proceed with care.
Take note of where and which spring is located
3. Remove the trigger guard screw, there maybe a washer/spacer on this screw, don’t drop/lose it. Caution-springs under tension. Remove the Trigger guard/trigger group cover.
4 Remove the Safety lever and spring.
5. Lay the rifle on it side and drive out the safety block pins. These two pins have a star shaped hole on one side and round hole on the other. Drive them out from the round hole side. Remove the safety block and spring.
Drive the pins back into the frame, from the side they came out of.
6. Install the 3 springs and Trigger guard/trigger group cover. Make sure the washer/spacer is in place and install the screw. If this screw is too long or too tight, it will cause problems.
7 Install the pistol grip retainer into the frame. Align the slot, install the hand grip. install the hand grip retainer screw into the hollow of the hand grip.
8. Install the trigger shoe, using the very tiny screw and nut.
9. Install the forearm, use the one and only screw you should have.
Caution : test the trigger-slap bang bump tap the rifle to cause it to fire without pulling the trigger ie accidental discharge.

To remove the safety
Wrap a piece of tape infront of the trigger holding down the metal strap to the frame
Remove the grip. Unbolt the bolt up inside the grip and be sure to not loose the lug in the frame.
Unbolt the foregrip
Unbolt the the trigger shoe
There are springs pushing up on the metal strap so make sure the tape keeps it held down.
Unbolt the trigger guard and make sure that metal strap does not come off.
Carefully lift off the metal strap and DO NOT LOOSE THE SPRINGS.
Take out the springs and put them aside
Tap out the 2 pins holding the safety slide bar in place. Carefully look at the pins and tap them out on their narrow side and not from the flared side.
Remove the safety slide.
Put pins back in and reassemble
I have the same problem i one of my Condor. When i take off the safety, to be prepared to fire, the gun shots accidentaly 😯 😯 😯
I don’t know the problem and now i have not too much time to dissasembly it.
Anyone knows the problem? (And the solution, of course) 😉 😉 😉
