Bushing/frame venting
So, I remove my barrel this morning..I find the front bushing is NOT even close to tight.,,couldn’t be rotated all the way around, but was very looooose!! After drilling bushing and re-installing, I know for a FACT that both bushings are tight on barrel..My point is that this is a brand new gun..I’ve had it like 4-5 days, it only has 500 rounds through it..sure glad I decided to do the mod this morning 😀 😀 😀 My TSS is VERY quiet

Well, I’m glad we got that sorted out. 😉
Evidently, we have a lack of communication here…when I said it was loose, I meant that the screw that is supposed to hold the bushing in place was loose…..like over a full-turn out!! Loose enough that you caould almost spin the bushing on the barrel…….
I noticed considerable slop between the bushing and the barrell, so I wrapped some aluminum foil sround the barrell and hand fitted the two.
The tolerances had stacked up enough to clip the baffles that I had put in to quiet it down. I thought that the holes were large enough and started measuring. That’s when I found poor tolerances. I further wrapped some scotch tape around the outside of the bushings as WOK has suggested. That worked just fine. The TSS sure is a straight shooting and handy little carbine. 😀
You can use a thin piece of tape. It is it to thick you can cover the bushing with a thin layer of nail polish. When it dries fit it to the frame. Do it until the bushing is tight to the frame.
Kind of like bedding a stock 😀

Just toss the barrel in there. Shit it’s only .177 they will be fine.
