?

They are both Premier domed pellets.. I don’t understand why the cost is so different.. the ones in the box I just ran out of today.. shooting my marauder.. damn things are like lasers. Are the ones in the box of more quality or something? Let me know.. in need of ammo.

Got one box of crosman premiers and one tin of H&N field target trophy. See how the H&Ns do.

Box.

Also, try H&N Barracuda MATCH / Beeman Kodiak MATCH. A lot less dirty.

wal mart tins usually do ok(with choked barrels), CPs are a very uniform pellet, but i concur. boxed ones from the same dies are the way 2 go. now if only any 2 crosman springers performed similarly… 👿

Thanks guys! 4 cardboard box versions it is.

Matt,

My understanding is the ones int the box are made using the same stamping die, so they are more uniform and like you have found are like lasers.

The ones in the tin are used with several dies and are not nearly as accurate, or as clean, they are the ones that you see at Walmart and may not be a bargain even at Walmart prices.

Roachcreek

I hear the box ones are supposed to be of better quality.
