How to adjust the power down on a Edgun?

I would like to adjust my Edgun down to 20fpe to shoot Hunter Field Target with the rifle. Can this be done with permanently altering the rifle?

Try to do it with the hammer spring regulator.

Can I do it with air in the rifle? Pictures?

I’ve never worked on or adjusted any type of air rifle but I do have a chronograph.
