trigger bar
now dont get me wrong, my trigger group is currently operating like a 2000 dollar target gun(after a bit of work, of course…) 😀 .except one thing… that horrible left to right wiggle that is about .25″ :evil:. has anybody figured a reasonably good idea to stabilize this, or at least reduce it a bit? i know i am not the only one here who hates this trademark characteristic of AF triggers.

No, LOL.
I use the shim washers on the S410 trigger group as well. The teflon spray is nice. It doesnt attract dirt and gives the metal surfaces a slippery bearing surface.
with AF quality control, are you surprised? 🙄
Shim washers on the pin. Spray em with teflon first.
Yours must be machined poorly. 😥

yeah, i swear by the stuff myself. turns out that my trigger bar was cracked and stretched where the pin goes through. i bent it back enough to remove any slack with the pin. still a little sloppy, though, and i couldnt find anything thin enough to shim it without causing a ton of friction, so i ended up finding a thick bobby pin, cutting a tab off the end, and using rearview adhesive to secure it to the bar where it comes through the group cover. NOW it truly feels like a target trigger. 😀
