Combro Customer service Two thumbs up !

I have had a combro for a while. Recently I used to the alignment tool to align with bore – I then shot the gun without removing the alignment tool. The combro seemed in perfect shape, but alignment tool was no where to be found.

When I checked, the combro no longer worked even though I could see no obvious signs of damage. I took it apart, everything seemed intact on the board and all I could see was a streak of lead on the bit between the sensors where the pellet may have been deflected off the back of the alignment tool and perhaps some damage to the LCD display as I could see a small patch of black on the edge.

Contacted Robin the maker for suggestions and which parts I should order and he said to just send it in for repair which would cost 7.50GBP (minus VAT as I’m outside the EU) – to be paid when I got it back from him.

Got a brand new combro back this morning and works fine!
