Lothar Walther .25 (26" Long Barrel)
I was wondering if any one has heard of someone putting a longer barrel on their condor like a 26″ one. I have e mailed Lothar Walther company to ask about it and they said they can do this but 5-6 need to be ordered. If anyone on here would be interested or if it would even benefit people with the condor. You never know so all that have an opinion on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I only orderd one. Walt will be doing the work on it, but not sure what he will want, but I know he’s fair.

Through LW Woody told me it would be over $1300.00 for the six barrels. There was only one other person at the time besides me that wanted one, so I looked elsewhere. Dan Lilja will do one for $350. It will take 12 weeks to get. I Should know in about nine weeks what the performance will be.
So Voltar_1 you sound like you know a little about these barrels. Have you used longer barrels at all? So the 30″ barrel that your talking about what would it do if it were being used on the .25 condor? (If anything) Just wondering if they are worth it is all. Thanks

Defiantly could be interesting to see what it might do for us if it makes some shooting aspect a little better. Please anyone with any thoughts on this subject would be interesting to see what you have to say. Thanks gearhead and roachcreek for some input. Because I really don’t know what or if we can benefit at all from it, I mean you never know!

Seems like if we have to set back top hats to keep from blowing air out the end of the 24 inch barrel, we could use a longer barrel.
Just a thought for discussion.

Yeah that’s what I’m trying to get out of this post to see if it would be helpful or if it would hurt it. Thanks for the reply I hope more people will have some thoughts as well.
iv hured and read that 24 is like the max so id say stick with that becase any thing longer has to much drag i think. unless u go big bore but your .22 0r .25 24″ is max. may be wrong but some one will corect me

if its any help to u, i have a 24inch barrel on my stealth running at 11.6 ft lbs……………and it works beautifully………so, a 26inch barrel working at the higher pressure that u guys use is surely not going to be a problem at all?
