Condor 22 with heavy pellets…
I wanted to ask all the Condor owners with the 22 cal version how much velocity and power setting your are getting with pellets heavier than 25 grains. I was measuring mine the other day and I was getting 1030 FPS with the 25 grain JSB monsters at a power setting for 4. The JSbs are the heaviest I have. I want to get an idea of what I should expect with heavier lead before I decide to buy some.

even if they fit in the barrel you will not hit anything with them, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY…shot barracudas 21 grain and Eun Jins 28,5 and 32 grain if you care about accuracy

hello, newbie here… i have some piledriver pelets, but i cant get them into the gun… they’re a little too big, and sincerely i’m affraid not to jam my gun… anyone tried them? i have a .22 standard condor with a 24″ barrel
I get decent groups with 32.4 Eun Jins in the Condor at 1000 fps and right at 72 fpe. I have rattled a few opossums with them and a heart/lung shot knocks them right down. They aren’t perfect though because they engage the rifling as you load them (leade is too short for the long hollow pellet).
We need a good heavy pellet that in the low 30s grains that is a little more solid for hunting in the 22 caliber. Anyone know of one? For now I’ll stick with Cuda’s but they are light for Condors power. JSB Monsters don’t do too well in my gun.
If nothing exists i will swap up to the 25 caliber. I have ended at .25 with my other PCPs. They just shoot better.
Quick tip: Use a tight fitting drill bit (the shank part not the drill part) inside the valve to prevent putting dents in the valve walls when tightening the top hat screws. Also measure the gap before making any adjustments so you can always go back to what it was.
1150 to 1200 with 32 grain engine’s. is maxed out for what i have seen, this is with polished everything and valve worked over condor, I have played with the eunjin and found that with my condor they want to be shot at 980 fps to 1000 fps.
You can adjust it to get more power, more consistency, more shots per fill

Im probally not the best guy to ask because I have not adjusted the top hat yet, but there is alot of info on this site about it.

I get around 940 fps with a 32 grain eunjin PW on 6.
It was helpful, thank you for your input! What is the top hat setting? I have only 2 weeks experience with the Airforce.
Lee, I dont know if this helps but I have a stock condor with .080″ top hat setting.

How come Airgins of Arizona discontinued most of their Eun Jin pellets?
