Q:

Frame Mods

Modified my frame the other day to clear whatever I want for a tank setup. Made a little more room for my scope also. Also started building a second condor and did the same mod to the back of that frame to. Going to make the new one a side cocker also. I have a idea that I will build when my new lathe shows up. Like a Etac-reg but a lot more complex. That’s why I made some room out back. Plus I got tired of the poping the mushroom of everytime I put a tank on with just the Etac and the end of the frame poking my hand.

That is brilliant!

A must do I would think for any Talon owner.

I like the locked breech… that should be standard.

Hell yeah sweet idea dude!!!!! I love it!

I like the locked breech… that should be standard.

Removed my safty today and made my own by cutting a slot so I can lock the breech open.

Thanks. I tried the blod valve on my .25 but I was having issues so I put my .25 back to normal. With 2000 psi fill it did 933 with 43 gr. I’m going to build a .308 with it sooner or later. I couldn’t get the valve to open with 3000 psi fill and with the 2000 psi fill it started to dump the tank. How big of hammer and do you need to open a big bore valve? I started have miss fire problems when I went to a lot heavier spring. I run a slightly stiffer spring so I can open up my regular blod valve. Thanks

Nice work. That looks great

Great work. Those are some nice clean cuts. What cal. is that blod valve going to drive home for ya?
