Noob help with valve mod

I was reading about a diy valve mod that can gain 100 fps. I am interested in this but all the pics on the post were gone. Any help would be appreciated. Also I am wondering what other mods i.e. spring, hammer, o-ring ect. get decent gains for a decent price and if they are easy to do yourself. I have a AF talon, just bought it used. was told it had a trigger job and has a 4″ suppressor on the end.

I know this probably all has been covered before its just the search in this forum bring up mostly non pertinant things. thanks for your help!
