There’s a lot more to accuracy than the barrel. So far, a lot of guys have reported good accuracy with the ST barrels but all the reports I’ve seen are normal velocity for light pellets. Just in case you’re extrapolating those reports to a project like lots of the power hungry guys here… don’t. None of us really know how the barrel works at the extremes yet because there are no credible results to refer to. I’m saying that you might just have to take a chance and maybe you’ll get some gratitude for sharing results here! 🙂

My main point (really) was that accuracy involves so much more than the best barrel. In fact, even the world’s best barrel won’t shoot great if the lede or bullet are not properly matched with dimensions and power levels…

FX Monsoon and Superswift, both are very accurate.

I had a Royale for about 6 months until I made a very poor decision to trade it. It had the smooth twist barrel and with 18 gr JSB it was shooting .25″ groups at 30 yards all day long.

Not sure what you plan to do with the barrel, but as part of the overall royale package it was outstanding.
