asking about .25 cal barrel for talon
hello,
I have talon .177 cal 18″ with standart bottle,
Does anyone know how much fps I can get with .25 cal 24″ barrel and .25 cal 18″ barrel? using 31 grain cudas?
if I buy the new .25 cal barrel does I need to make modification at my standart talon breech or just drop in?

oh and for ur 18inch i would say around 700 fps that # is est. of of my .22 18inch barrel just did the math of pellet wieght and diameter wind resistence and that about wat u would get… if u have the old style talon vale u can add about 30 fps to both #s…
im getting 730fps with 31 grainers on my condor with standard flo bottle and no striker wieght thats stock with pw wheel at 8.. barrel is 24inch .25cal… same as ur talon..
with striker wieght and condor tank i get 950 fps with cudas those are my numbers….

oh wow srry.. didnt see ur last question… no mods needed to drop in new barrles they work just fine….. ive also used talon tank with striker wieght u get about 70 more fps… be careful dont go over 8 on pw wheel with striker wieght though… at least thats according to air force…
