Q:

weak spots

i am well aware of the harsh reality of frame flex. however, aside from the scope rail, i am unsure of the rest of the frame. my next intention once i know is to reinforce the frame. anybody wanna chime in with their observations as to where and how to do so?

This is my solution. Drop in and ready to go. Fine looking. Right and left hand options.

I own one and the Talon fit and comfort of hold is very nice.

Here’s the site:

Have fun pal.

PS: Wok’s statement is true and is the least expensive option if you want a minimal black gun approach. Maddog makes the Talon a wood gun.

My Wokgard 15 decreases the frame flex.

If you want to reinforce your rails with steel or aluminum on either side that will do it as well.

so far the only cure for frame flex that i’ve found is to put a one piece stock on the gun so you can’t torque it at all….

like this one….

i dont, yet…preventative maintenance 😯

What FPE range do you find the frame starting to flex ?
