4300 PSI?
My son has a 4500PSI carbon fiber paintball tank thaT fits the Condor CO2. I understand the adapter is rated to 1800psi, or at least that’s what I think, I’m new to PCP’s. My question is, with using that tank filled damage the gun of just give it more shots?

Right and wrong, Tom is wrong it is not the same valve, same stem and top hat but the brass insert is different, I tired to use one for a Condor a while back and AF had to sell me a new insert.
As long as he only takes that tank to 1800 PSI he should be safe.

I think you are talking about the CO2 adapter.
I have one I use all the time but would never use it with pressures above 1800psi because I read where that is the limit. I read today on the AF website that the CO2 adapter uses the exact same hi flow valve as the condor tank. This was from an article written by the renowned airgun guru and exhibitionist Tom Gaylord so it must be true. Since the condor valve will handle 3000psi easily, I suspect the difference is the bust disc pressure rating. The standard burst disc for CO2 is rated at 3000psi so you might get by with more than 1800psi. Maybe you can call AF in TX and they will know or you can take out the burst disc and see what is rating it has written on the underside.
