please help!!!!Air force hand pump stuck up??

I just finished pumping the tank in my condor and after i bled the air out of the pump i found that i cant compress the pump anymore and the pump just sucked in air and the handle is all the way up and if i try and push the pump down it just feels like there is air trapped in the cylinder but wont shoot out of the bottle adapter.

I cant push the handle down

It is one heck of a work out.Especially when your trying to pump a 90ci paintball tank 😀 i did it though

Also if your condor tank is not empty please do not empty and then try to fill it by hand it is 5 times the work out.Once you have at leat 1000psi in it then the volum is mostly filled 😉

Dude you are my hero.

I bought a handpump with my gun and have yet to use it. I ended up getting a great deal on a CF tank in the for sale section.

I’ll have to wait to empty it before I see how much of a workout it is.

lol…man you know it you would not belive what i do with one of these.I have one of my air force hand pumps dedicated to pumping up paintball tanks.A 90ci 68ci and a 72ci….lol…my father thinks im nuts.

Its bad enough filling my condor tank but these paintball tanks are much bigger and took me 2 nights to fill one…lol…my shoulders are killing me.

Thank you very very much for that you saved the day.I took the pump apart and found that the valve that allows the pressed air to flow into the bottom of the pump and into the tank was dirty and mucked up and cleaned and relubed everything with dow33 and the pump is working better than it ever did.It now smoothly flows all the way up and takes in its full gulp of air without me having to jerk up on the handle a few times to get the pump at a full top stroke.
