Q:

Trigger Pin Size

Anybody know what size pin works? .001″ or .002″ over. I remember someone putting in stainless pins. Thanks

Oops, good to know.

Both of my frames I could push the pins thru, but they did stay in place.

I wonder how hard it would be to flare an end of the pin?

Yeah thanks. I have .125″ pins and they drop right through the holes. I was wondering if I need .001″ or .002″ over size pins. It is brand new frame so hole are new. They didn’t get the pins on the order so I was going to try and get some nice pins.

Yellow Ninja sent me some .125″ x .5″ stainless pins and they fit perfectly.

He said they came from http://www.smallparts.com

I have a grip that covers the ends of the pins, so drift has not been an issue for me. The pins might drift because they do not have splines to keep them in place.
