Q:

Glad to be shooting again.

House renos finally done. I was dissapointed when I took my condor out of the safe and tried to zero at 25 yards. Shot gun groups.
Checked a few things . Removed barrel cleaned inside frame, new breach orings. Polished ect. Some improvement.
Suspected scope,- checked out ok.
Installed scope with new 1 piece mount. Bingo. 😀
Thanks to all the info here I was able to sort things out.
I dont shoot groups only to zero rifle.
Group on the left is after the work was done and new mount, group on right is after the rifle was disasembled and some work done but still old scope mounts.
I also adjusted my top hat/power wheel and played around with fill pressure, with good results.
Now Im ready for SAWS contest 😆 .

Indoors from 17 yards (I know thats close) Gets dark way to fucking early now 🙁

The old mounts are BKL double strap, high.
New mount is just a cheep Center Point 1 piece, high.

whaddaya know, thats exactly whats on my condor(initially came with my super streak). ROCK solid and not a bad looker for a 12 dollar hunk of chinese aluminum…

Nice shootin’ Hotrod. I was getting seriously target-deprived from the short days, too. If you got some land, I have a simple, cheap solution: Take a AA Minimag flashlight and shove it in the dirt, aimed at a white target. you can easily see it from at least 30 yds. You’ll need another light to load with. My preferred loading light is the AA minimag, wrapped in electrical tape at the back so you can bite it, keeping hands free.

Just don’t get the lights mixed up, ya might get worms.

This setup may require a shroud, if you got jittery neighbors. 😯
