Picatanny rail on hand guard for Grip Pod

Does anyone know how I can mount a bottom rail on the forearm stock of a Talon SS, so I can in turn mount a Grip Pod? http://www.grippod.com/grip-pods.html Thanks in advance.

Dovetail to Picatinny Rail adapter, PA or almost anybody else has them. They are not that expensive and they will let you mount anything to your gun.
