Ever have one of those days???
I finaly got arround to cutting my barrel down from 24″ to 15″ and modding my shroud to to match the new setup. I got the bushing relocated and the barrel installed and everything was good till it came time to put my Sny. custom stock back on when i couldn’t get the damn round nut in the frame to line up… 45min later I get the bolt in and am ready to put the bipod back on when i noticed that i forgot the rubber washer… 👿 👿 👿 ….. While syn. was smart enough to put holes in the frame to allow for barrel removal without removing the stock i didn’t a long enough allen wrench in the house and its snowing again outside.. So i go get my longer wrenches and get things fixed up and decide to top off the tank to do some test shots in the basement only for my check-valve to decide to quit checking…. 👿 👿 :banghead: … At this point i am remembering why i havn’t done this sooner as i dont like to mess with things that arnt broke… so now i wait out a slow leak so that i can take things appart and see what the heck has happened.. I get it appart and fixed only to be unable to find my teflon tape… It’s in the garrage.. :banghead: again im back out in the snow to get the tape… the good news is that every thing now works better and suprisingly it seems that i’ve actually picked up some speed but i will need to shoot it over the crony to know for shure….

Having swarf between the bedsheets is just about acceptable.
But the idea of traversing ones boudoir without appropriate footwear is unthinkable. :whoop:

I’ve had days like that where it seems like the cards are stacked against me from the get go. It can really get annoying. Glad to hear it wasn’t all in vain and the project seems to be yielding good results. Better days to ya!

When everything goes haywire, I just say I am going to feel really good once this POS is done, it is all part of the fun as the saga goes on.
