Q:

Tools and extras needed for a EdGun break down?

Okay, I have metric allen keys and silicone grease is on order. What else do I need for taken her down to the skivvies?

Thanks
Carl

Allen wrenches, wood dowel, hammer or rubber mallet, straight blade screwdriver, 2 strap wrenches or channel locks might be needed if you are taking the regulator/air valve housing apart and if you are wanting to remove the shroud nut, a 20 mm open end wrench and a bench vice.

Ed really torques that shroud nut down!

I guess your right, I don’t swing a hammer like I used to.

3 lb shop or 20 lb sledge?

I would go in between the 3 and 20 lb you do not want to wear yourself out to quickly but you still want to get those efficient, effective, precise, destructive blows. 😉

A sledge hammer is good, but don’t underestimate the benefits of a good crowbar.

3 lb shop or 20 lb sledge?

A really big hammer 😆
Sorry I could not resist.
