New EDgun pellets caliber .22 available in United States now
Dear friends,
I am glad to tell you that I have received the first delivery of EDgun pellets, caliber .22 in United States. And they are available for sale. In fact those are original JSB heavy 18 grain pellets, which are produced for EDgun company especially, using new die at JSB factory in Czech Republic. I am the only executive dealer of JSB pellet in Russia and buy about 10 % of the whole annual amount of pellets produces by JSB, so they consider me as a quite good client 🙂
I want to earn money, who doubts 🙂 but when selling my guns, which I put a lot of labor, money and efforts to I cannot sell them cheap with the pellets is the other story, I just bought them at JSB and sell to the clients, so can afford to earn a little less, as there is almost no labor and efforts in that deal from my side.
So I looked through the prices for JSB heavy 18 grain pellets on the internert shops in United States and found the cheapest offer for 1 tin — 15 US dollars and 51 US dollar for 4 tins. So I decided to set the price a little lower:
1 tin of EDgun pellets, 18 grain, 500 pellets per tin — 14 US dollars
4 tins of EDgun pellets, 18 grain, 500 pellets per tin — 50 US dollars.
That is the price for pellets themselves and it doesn’t includes the price for shipment and packing.

And, of course, the EDgun Matadors owners cannot use other pellets but EDgun pellets, you should understand that only with this pellets your guns will show the best accuracy they can, no doubt! 🙂

Tony says the R3 shipment is soon. The R3 will be my third Edgun. I read in my owners manual after you buy three (3) Edguns, you get a free Lelya! Or, words to that effect. My Russian is not perfect.

Easy explanation — that is not business, that is hobby, I can afford to improve something on my own and again and again and again and only seeing that I am out of fund to increase the price and then playing again 🙂
There’s no excuse why the power adjustment wheel on an AA S510 does not have a “detent” to hold the power setting wheel in place.
There’s no reason to put a thin, ineffective, shroud on a “shrouded” pcp rifle, if it doesn’t make more than a cosmetic difference?
Why is it necessary to put an after-market modifier on a shrouded rifle?
Why can’t AF afford to put a reliable, and safe, safety on their rifles?
Why can’t all magazine fed rifles have a double load prevention feature?
Why would any manufacturer put a $12.00 barrel in their $500 pcp rifle?
Why do manufacturers tell us their rifles are capable of 1500 fps, and fail to tell us it is with 5gr alloy pellets only?
To find the answers you have to go to business or economics school where they teach you how to cut corners to bolster the bottom line… 😉
I recently ordered a few tins of JSB’s new 177 pellets. As far as I can tell the tin and sticker is brand new, the dies on the other hand look like they were ridden hard and put away wet… 🙄
Notice a trend for products recently? Brand new package, higher price and smaller/less product. 😯
well said hoot,i own a few of those high end pcp rifles including a matador and i am always looking to improve groups,i wish i had the money i spent in the beginning on some of the low end pcp rifles that started the obsession for accuracy
I’m simply backing away from looking at new pellets, and trying to understand the bigger picture, and question why other manufacturers can’t do better!

I find it fascinating that Ed has developed new pellets, and they are extremely well formed, “clean”, crisp edges, no gouges or ripples, compared to their top of the line competitors.
I believe they will improve performance. I don’t believe there will be jaw-dropping results for most of us, but I do believe they will be, as Ted-In-Madison indicated, statistically superior over multiple shot groups.
That makes a difference, especially to the minute of angle bench shooters, and long range hunters, on this forum. I believe these pellets will be “caliper level superior” to other pellets. “Superior” by 1,000ths of an inch, or a few mm tighter grouping.
They won’t make good shooters out of bad shooters. They will improve performance for serious marksmen, for individuals striving to improve their “personal best”, and will squeeze in a long range hit, where we otherwise might have missed.
In a hobby where a few millimeters is the difference between being impressed and being unimpressed…one thing stands out: Ed’s commitment to providing every possible technical edge to shooters. In a hobby where the most serious of the serious weigh, measure, and visually examine each pellet prior to shooting…Ed just squeezed another few thousandths of an inch out of their groups.
That’s why his rifles are exceptional. His attention to that level of detail is rare in a world of mass production. Are his rifles expensive? No more than any other quality pcp rifle, but you don’t hear about the other high end producers developing their own pellets, built to “their” level of excellence, to eliminate every possible thousandth of a inch in our groups.
In a world where “Excellent is good enough…”, I find Ed’s attention to detail, at a micrometer level, to be fascinating! He doesn’t believe in the word “Perfection”…he never personally believed he’s reached it. In Ed-World, he keeps finding one more way to split an already split hair…in his rifles, and now his pellets!

has anybody on here tried some of the new jsb pellets from russia if so how was your groups compared to other 18 grn jsb pellets.
Sorry,Didn`t know what you were talking about.Yeah I rushed out to
take pictures without setting date.This camera is fairly new Ensignia
10megapix and I wish I bought something better.Gets blurry on closeups
Recomendations welcome for a decent camera welcome as some of
you guys post some great pics.My other camera is a Canon Ae-1 so
that tells you how out of touch I am w/photog.
