Titanium P-rod Trigger

I must be the only one who thinks the stock trigger sucks, it’s like stickin my finger in a cigar cutter. What a horrible contour. I couldn’t stand shooting it and started dimensioning a new one to be made in Ti 6AL4V. I machined the holes, steps and inside pocket, then cut the outside contour with Wire EDM.

The new one is much wider in the finger pad, the main body to reduce wobble, and length of pull but comes out 2.5 grams lighter.

Length of pull increased about 3/8 inch as you can see with the original overlaid here. Also removed material from the link to shorten the travel while maintaining full sear engagement with a single stage.

My groups were cut in half by this and adding lead weight inside the grip to balance the pistol better kinda like my LD.
