Is that a one piece insert? WOW, those look great! I think the metal screen on top of the piece before the felt is put over it would be a great addition 😀 Keeps the felt from getting in the path of the pellet…
I wonder if O-rings on those ‘washer’ looking areas, and on the ends of it would allow a non-metal to metal contact and take away some of the harmonics we hear along with the tank ping…

This was one of the one piece removable baffles. I have not had any problems with the felt. I thought about making some one piece endcap inserts for the talon ss. If anybody is interested just let me know, by pm.
