First group at 260 yards with the 25 LBT
Well Jerry, the wind did die down.
So I dialed in another 18 inches of elevation over my 200 yard setting and fired 4 shots at 260 yards.
My intent was to shoot 5 shots, but the 5th shot was very difficult to chamber, so I decided to just go for the 4 shot group.
The group measures 4×6 inches, and still had more umph than a 25 acp at the muzzle.

That’s a really nice group! I’m actually jealous about your range but more pissed that you don’t have a fucking bald spot like I do!
I wouldn’t offer up this suggestion for immediate trial if you had to go over hill and dale to shoot but here goes: Fold up the bi-pod legs and repeat the same drill shooting off a bag. Nothing against that bi-pod, I believe I have the same one mounted to a hugely expensive gun… But, the recoil action on these guns, especially when transmitted through and to rigid surface can deteriorate ultimate accuracy. Obviously, you need the freaking wind to die down again…
Also, put the glasses on and examine your 5 slugs! Anything without a PERFECT base goes to the 100 yard practice pile! I’m pretty confident that given a good day and a couple refinements in technique (I expect you’ll get more ideas..) you’re on the path to get an MOA group. That would be a heck of a big deal at this range with this power out of a gun folks here can duplicate.

It was the first time I tried it at this range with the bipod. Usually I just hold the rifle in my hands on the deck because of the wet flooring of the deck.
