Tool to remove the brass insert in the bottles

Can you recommend to me someone that makes a tool specifically to remove the older brass insert with the holes in the top? I’ve tried a pair of angled needle nose pliers ( and succeeded with difficulty) and they do work but I hate trying to use a tool that’s not really meant for that task.

I’ve got the tool to remove the whole valve from the bottle. I would like to have one for just the insert.
