Well I sold mt .25 marauder, Because I thought I was Tired of traveling to town and filling my tank.
My old sheridans are at Mac1 one
and my girls look at me funny when I walk out side with their Baikals. 😳
I’m trying to say, I’m empty handed boy’s 😥
The good, I’ve got the green backs to get somthing worthy of a life time keeper. Like my wife!!! (She may read this) 😆
I want to shoot accurate and far.
I’m pretty sure I want another .25..
I would order another Mrod but I’m fearful it wouldn’t live up to the one I sold. 😯
Has anyone flown to russia to pick up an EDGUN? 😆 Would it be legal ❓
The FX 500 look’s awsome, is it worth the $200 extra for the regulator ❓

Thank you for all the replies. Like most people with a gajillon hobbies,I change my mind, Alot. I think my wife calls it ADD(Another Damb Dumbass) 😛
I do have the coin to get a really nice rifle, But i’m going to limit my self to a $1000.00 maybe a tad bit more. 😆 😆
The reason for this, is looking around my beautiful 2 acres of heaven. It looked to empty. I thought this little garden is’nt cutting it. So a week of intense labor with Grandpas 1973 Montgomery Ward rototiller. They don’t makem like that any more.. I got a second 8 foot wide by 100 long garden area tilled up and ready to plant. I then went and volenteerd for a bee keeper up the road to learn some ropes 😆 I bought a triple stack bee hive from him and placed it near the new garden. I went and got my daughter and I bee suits and all the gear. Man shes cute.
The next drive we took was 40 miles west into god ol Hanford CA.
There we bought 3 families of paperd pure bread Californian rabbits. 12 rabbits in total. Californian and new zealand are the best meat producing rabbits or so say the books and internet reading we’ve done. I built a real nice mobile pen that allows them to graze in a new spot every day.
So now we got 10 hen’s averaging 7 eggs a day, 12 rabbits, 50,000 or so bee’s 😆 a queensland heeler and a border collie and I’ve never see my kid happier. She was watching a movie with her rabbit last night.
She said I know were going to eat them dad, but they sure are cute.
We will end up culling all but one male but all these will be keepers and breeders. So in the last month we’ve built a 250′ long 6′ high fence and poured 20 yards of concrete out front, a hen house a rabbit house, horse lessons and home school. I would say, I’m the Damb luckiest MR MOM in the world a bizzy bee one but damb lucky.
So I was almost thinking of just ordering a TT Mrod .25 But I want to go with the combined knowledge of you guys, so let’t have a vote off of what to get ol Mike or as my mexican buddy calls me, migalito 😆 ..
I want to shoot far 50yards plus. Thank you in advance 😆

A 25 rainstorm 2, with a will piatt tune would be sweet shooter. I should have gotten that over the mrod.

Oh yeah also check out the rainstorm II .25 cal. I think it should be nice. I have a order in for one but they just pushed the date back PA style 😆 love you PA 😆

The AF Talon/Condor are nice guns made of cheap materials, with the exception of the LW barrel. I like the way they shoot, but the quality simply isn’t there in the rest of the gun. It needs a LOT of mods, including getting rid of that ridiculous safety mechanism.
The .25 Marauder offers an eight shot magazine, you can get an extended air cylinder from Tony, a Marauder Moderator from GTBJ that brings the sound down to extremely quiet, and Maddog stocks available from Tony, right-left-ambi, that can really dress this beast up, and you lose that 4″ X 6″ OEM stock. You’ll have around $1200 to $1300 invested, but it will shoot quiet, hard, and far!
Jim Gaska can make you a custom sized LW barrel that will drive tacks at any range.
The basic Marauder is a solid base to start from. It just needs to be brought into it’s full potential by the buyer.
Otherwise, the Daystate Air Ranger, or the FX Royale 500, with chopped barrel, would be my choice in .25 caliber.
The great thing is, on this forum, you can pick and choose, or just get a package from Tony. Lots of options.
