regulator
I want to get a regulated tank for an afss. Are there any problems if you go lower than the regulated pressure. What pressure do most people use. I normally shoot starlings and crows at about 40yd.

Is it a .22? You might rethink the need for a reg if so.
My .22 SS set up:
Talon SS 12″ 22
700fps
18.1g
.106″ top hat without oring
Power wheel 3.12
Scope 3.50″
Disclaimer :
Remember no two rifles will produce the same results with the same setting. I’m listing this as a starting point only.
Fill to 2000 and I can easily get:
I only fill the gun about once a week 😆
Crows have been tough. Not lucky ( code word for skilled) enough for a one shot kill. Done it with my condor 25 on several occasions.
Starlings 40 yards are no problemo. That’s my zero. Sent four of them to God’s Good Grace this morning as well as a pigeon. 😯
Hope this helps
