Anyone ever own a featther rifle?

It was a collapsible stock .22 rifle with peep sights. No longer made, it was very compact, but the wire stock made for a terrible check weld, so I got rid of it. It cost $299 at the time. I don’t know what they are worth now.

Oh well, if I had kept every rifle I owned, I’d be rich.

Armalite and Charter arms both made them.

They were never a really accurate gun, they were sold as a survival rifle and the fact they floated was one of the sellng points.

They were also hard to scope or impossible.

They did make a very intersting pistol on that action.

But it belonged to your father and if it has no other redeeming value than that, the fact that it did belong to him mades it a treasure.

Interesting gun, will it shoot? Might take some shooting to find an ammo it likes?

Sam 🙂

Can you make the pictures a little smaller?

I can barely see anything. 😆 😆 😆

Them things float don’t they? 😉

I had a Henry AR-7, it was a piece of crap. It had 2 clips that also fit in the stock. Mine jammed constantly, I couldn’t shoot more then 3 shots without it jamming up. I bought it at a pawn shop for $100, and traded for a bicycle for my kid. I always wanted one of the original Colt models or the one that had a .22lr on the top and a .410 on the bottom.
