Easy picatinny rail forend mount

Wanted to clean up the front end of my rifle today. Had a large dovetail to picatinny adapter mounted to the frame in front of the foregrip. Had some extra Magpul brand rail sections laying around and decided to get creative.
Here’s a shot of the old adapter still in place next to the new one.

And finally, showing the new rail with my cheapo airsoft bipod in place. I’m really looking forward to getting one of the Atlas BT-10s.

I think it’s an improvement and don’t know why I didn’t think of it before. 😎
