I finially broke 1 MOA at 275 yards with the Talon SSS
Took a lot of 640 yard trips painting the target to do it, but today it happened.
The magic combo was 2800 PSI, 64 inches of elevation on the Leupold/ Holland Long range VXIII 30 MM 4.5×14 scope from a 50 yard zero, bullets sized with Imperial Sizing Wax, thank you Jerry and a bipod, with the Maddog grip resting on the Caldwell range bag. I was tethered and refilled each shot. I used Dyotats valve which takes around 100 PSI each shot from the AF tank.
2.5 inches for 5 shots at 275 yards, there are two shots in the large paint mark.

My piss poor bench rest.

You can just make out the 8 inch gong as a faint white speck to the right of the crook shaped hanging vine.

Great effort as always Charlie. I noticed the cleaning rod on the hood. Did you swab/lube the bore during session? If so, when?
