Just received AF answer:
“Thank you for your email and for providing a photo. The one-piece top hat and stem with the washer underhead appears to be aftermarket valve parts. It’s possible there are other internal valve parts that may be aftermarket, too. We are not familiar with this set-up. ”
Just have to find who made it.
Thanks
Martin

Hi,
I have just noticed that the tophat and vlave stem are made one piece.
Have you ever saw this?
It have no set screw.
Thanks
Martin

I am very surprised with AF / GUN POWER as they seem to be just ripping ideas of us lot. Surely they can’t do that. It’s like music makers us samples from each other but have to either buy the sample or give them royalties. LOL. What’s next an angled tank adaptor? Or one with a reg built in my be h barrel guided hammer with a hammer slap mod lol oh well enough of me ranting lol.

LOL, that was probably copied from my idea. Maybe I should get a royalty LOL.

This was somewhere around 2008. 😉

That’s AF’s new and very secret THDD (top hat de-bounce device). 😎

Did you buy the tank new or used?

Just do some chrono with my TalonP and the Condor tank.
Remember it have 12″ 6,35 barrel (Barracuda 31gr).
With the plastic disck: 762,6 fps
Without the disck: 832,9 fps.
You gain sohts but you loose 70 fps

Gee it looks like AF finally caught on ❗

Some of us have been using an o-ring for a long time behind the top to lessen valve bounce, give more consistent FPS, and reduce valve tank ping .

Is it a little soft ❓ Can it be dented a little with your fingernail, or is it real hard ❓

Powderburner has promoted the idea best for a long time. Check out some of his posts.
