Help deciding – Sell CO2 Talon and buy new HPA or just tank
So, I’m having an issue trying to figure out what to do here.
I have a Talon SS that is about 3 years old. Great shape. A pathetic number of rounds through it (like my Miata that’s 18 months old and 274 miles).
I want a HPA tank for it, but don’t want to spend $180 for what is a tank without a gauge. And it puts me within $300 or so of a new Talon SS. And I could probably sell my old one (with scope and rings) but no tank for that. Or with my CO2 adaptor and tank.
Is that the best way to go? I’d have the adjustable trigger and the tank I want (and could go for color).
Or just buy a new tank.
it would be sell the talon (scope,CO2, bipod) and buy a new one, or just buy a new tank. I can’t help but think I can get the difference for my stuff to get a new gun.
Comments? Or someone just tell me to go one way or the other? 🙂 (I wish they came with Spinlock tanks)

Well, the state is too cold for shooting during the winter.
The only range I know of is outdoors. And shooting pellets at a range is just not my thing (and my OCD doesn’t help). Had my Garage plans come through this year, I’d have a 10 meter indoor range. But it didn’t.
And in the house would be bad. Hell, my wife won’t even touch anything gun related (i.e. my scuba tank even)
