Finding a flashlight for the accessory rail
OK, I must be looking in the wrong places.
I can’t seem to find a flashlight mount for the dovetail on the side of an accessory rail on my talon.
Any pointers?

After you figure out your mounting setup..
They have a quick mounting clip for these lights as well.
Consider a KILL LIGHT, they make a few diff models of hunting lights, and these are top quality lights. They have recieved great reviews from the night hunting community.

A rail adaptor isn’t feasible because I want to put it on the side of the accessory rail by the scope.
I’ve thought about a 1″ flashlight with a 1″ scope holder. I just am floored that they don’t make one (especially UTG , they have a dozen weaver rail versions).
1″ ,11 mm/ 3/8” scope ring .
the led lenser lights are great, and several have 1” bodies on the flashight 🙂
I use a 1″ rimfire scope ring attached to the front end of a mini Mag light. It works well for me.
Those adaptes are great. I have an ar15 handle mounted to one.
For a flashlight you can consider a 1″ tube and get some 1″ dovetail rings.

Using JBWeld, I glued a weaver bases to the sides of several of the little Fandyfire lights with the rechargable regulated batteries, they put out a huge amount of Lumens.
Then I put a extra ring on my scope that was for a weaver base and just attach the flashlight to the ring on the scope.
That leaves the Talon dovetail free for a laser, and the Fandyfire is still compact when you do not have it on the scope.
The Fandyfire lights were cheap, I got them off of ebay with a charger and several batteries direct from Hong Kong. Just make sure you do not get the ones with 3 brightness levels and the strobe light, you don’t need to be screwing with that on your riflethat on your rifle.
They have been very reliable in the year I have used them.
