New Tank for my Baby

Ok so I have been searching, calling and desperately looking for a tube like tank for my Storm. After having no luck and not knowing where to look I decided to make my own. However this proved even harder to pursue as there were so many variables involved!
Then when I had, had enough of looking I saw the Edge tank!! I made some enquirers and it appeared to be exactly what I was looking for.
So now that I had found a tank, I started to ask a few more questions and try to gather more info. I looked online, asked on hear and I also emailed Airforce and Gunpower……..No response!!
So today I called gunpower and asked:

Would the bottle fit into my Storm?….Yes!
How much does it cost?….£150
Would it work in my Storm?….NO!!!

WTF? apparently they do not function the same but the guy couldn’t tell me why and it only produces 6FPE!!! Seriously?

So I back to square one and have no idea what to do now?

Anyone with any advice or knowledge on the matter PLEASE make your self known.

Thanks Baz, this is exactly what im looking to do. Im leaning more towards the AirArms style tank as it looks like it has a smaller OD, do you happen to know what the OD is? In the picture it looks like you have some type of end cap made or bought for plugging the other end? I have been looking at the bits on chambers but cant see one of them? I live in the UK btw

the first tube is from an FX Airgun and the second one is from an Airarms S400, the valve was made by blodnob but i would be quite easy to drill and thread an end plug to fit a standard valve, what country are you in has i have a couple of FX Airtubes that i do not use, these are suitable for this mod as they have a fill adaptor for a probe type fill on the back

Steel Storm? My Rifle is a Gunpower Storm, with alluminium frame!? Not sure if we’re on about the same thing?
