Q:

Pellets choice for full power AAA Condor

Are the 25.4 jsb pellets too light for a fullluy tuned, full power AAA Condor?

I ordered a bunch of tins of 42.3 gr eunjins, and a couple tins of jsbs…but im wondering,
1. If the pellets will be too light for the power, and

2. Will i enjoy shooting the heavy pellets so much that i never end up shooting the jsbs? If thats the case, ill just change my order to all eun jins and maybe 1 tin of jsbs

Thanks….

Also me personaly I dont use jsb that often. One they dont have the knock down power and 2 the wind catches them and blows them off course. I reccomend you get baracudas and eujins. I have shot ground squirels out to 200 yards with the baracudas.

Accuracy is all right out to 75 to 100 yards, knock down power is great cause I have taken down two deer one was a spine shot the other a head shot. Gotta love the AAAcondor!

Perhaps a 12 inch barrel on order?

My AAA shoots the Kings too fast. You can adjust your gun (preload and Top hat) to shoot them if you find that they are the most accurate in your barrel. Since no two barrels are alike, you will need to shoot a variety of pellets to see what yours prefers.

I am one of the few on here whose 24″ barrel shoots both EJ’s very well. That same barrel shoots the kings very good (when slowed down to 1000 fps) and it shoots Jerry’s slugs (6 and 7 rings) very good. My gun always grouped Beeman extra heavy domed like shot gun buck shot. The other day, prior to having my powerwheel seize up/bottom out, I had great success with Crow mags (hollow point wad cutters). Testing is half the fun!

The 25 gr. Jsb’s are by far the ultimate in accuracy, you should be able to shoot them at the desired speed just by tank pressure alone.

JSB’s will be to fast. You might be able to use 31 gr kodiak’s with 0 PW.

Gets some 6 ring slugs from Jerry. They work better then the eunjins
