EBAY bullet molds
I buy a lot of casting stuff off of EBAY.
Vintage or discontinued Lyman and Ideal molds in hard to obtain calibers like .257 demand a high price.
Right now I am bidding on these two mold, a Loverin 90 grain and a Lyman/Ideal 80 or 88 grain spitzer, depending on what reference you use on the weight.
The Loverin just went past $142.00 including freight, I may let that one go.

Hey i have almost that same spitzer mold in 100grn . I might would sell it.
Wow, I had 76. on it with a max of 123. With one and a half minutes left somone bid 122. then when that did not work they bid 132.00 and I could not get a bid in on time to get it.
So I did not get either one of them.

That RN Loverin 257464 design has been around since Christ was a child.
It has been offered in several different weights, NEI still makes a 65 grain version of it.
I will most likely get the spitzer, at least I hope.

I see why you were bidding for that Lovering. WOW! That’s a sexy beast if i might say so.
I like that RN also with the micro bands. That bullet actually looks like the precasted ones on here which is an ideal mold. Gotta be the same. but at least you can buy them and try them before you buy that mold:

I bid on this one and put a max bid of $150.00 and at the time thought I was spending too much money.
It is of course a collectors item as well as a very serviceable mold.
Well this morning I check on it, I was outbid two days ago, and it has hit $331.00 + $9.50 shipping and still had 4 days left to go.
I am thinking it will be close to $500.00 when the hammer goes down on the bidding.
