Valve tightening…
How tight should the valve be once I refit this onto the bottle . Taking it out was real tough . Do I have to tighten it really hard ?

Yes, it was very difficult. I bought a VRT (valve removal tool) from Jim Gaska.
I put the bottle in a vice with a rag rapped around it so as not to damage the foam sleeve and had to hit the VRT several times to get the valve loose.
To re-install the valve, I use the tool and tighten by hand. Be sure to inspect the O rings before putting it back together.

I had a tough time.
I just tighten by hand using a Valve Removal Tool from Jim Gaska.
No leaks so far.

I didn’t replace the oring like Jim Gaska suggested and even provided and that was a mistake ❗
My tank developed a slow overnite leak. I could see what looked like a very thin bit of shinny rubber at the seem.
Like Jim said, I replaced the oring and just tightened a bit and all was well.
