Cricket FAC mod
Hi!
Just recieved my Cricket.
Could anyone tell me if i need to change anything else than the spring to go FAC? I also recieved a 2 cm long hexscrew?

Hi,
As I understand it, you´ll get a long way by changing the hammerspring only…. 😉
Now, whether the performance can be optimised even more remains a mystery but there are several discussions on other European forums about this…
The long hexbolt: serves two purposes if I´m not mistaken:
1. It´s being used for aligning the barrel correctly before fastening the screws on the side. See video in comparison thread.
2. It may possibly also be used to pull out the regulator for service and adjustments. I think I´ve seen this somewhere in one of the Russain videos on YouTube. I have a veeery bad connection where I am right now, so I cannot help you further at this point….
