Casio EX ZR-100 and Seben mount
I got the Casio camera today and mounted it on the Haley.
It was dark and dreary out, which is not good slow motion video conditions, but I did get a chance to film 3 Hoch 25 cal 109 grainers streaking thru the gloom to the steel.
I can get it to work on my computer but have no idea how to open it on Photofuckit.
On hell of a learnng curve here I fear.

It was pretty dark but yes, I did get to see two of three shots I fired in the video on 480 FPS, Frames Per Second, but at 1000 FPS I got nothing but a dark video where I could barely see the white disc.
And I actually got to see quite a bit of the flight, meaning the bullet rising and the bullet arcing down to the target. Even at 480 FPS it is very slow.
I could acutually see the bullet flickering in what light there was also. I do not know if it was wobble from too slow of a twist, 1-14 or just the effect of the bullet spinning. Two shots went into one mark, about 3/4 inches apart, so they can’t be wobbling too bad.
Greatt hing about the Haley 257 is it is so quick to do a barrel change, less than 4 minutes, so i should be able to video both barrels in action.
This thing really needs a lot of light. My range runs west to east, so in the summer in the afternoons I have a perfect setup for it.

I bought mine off of EBAY used and it was the USA version. The seller said he used it once to take a picture for a poster, and it was in that mode when I started it up and it truely appeared to be brand new actually.
I was concered about the language on the screen and DVD, the screen is easy to cahnge to english but the DVD of course needs to be english. All the start up guides and labels et all., are in english, with the exception of one quick start guide which is furnished in both english and french in two seperate documents.
I have been told you need to have macro to make this work, I have not found a macro on it yet, I know the zr200 has one, but I have not found it in the short time I have reviewed the almost 200 page manual, but I still got an estimated 135 to 150 yards of flight out of 212 yards.

Did your camera come from japan. The only ones I see are in japan. No issues?
I’ve had one of those mounts for 2 years at least and need to get a camera.

when you watch the video on your computer, can you see the bullet in transit?

I checked the manual for the macro again, and I cold not find anything on it.
Then I remembered reading online in a review that you could take clear pictures from ust a few centimeters away. So I tried it, up close it was blurry, then I tried pressing the shutter button halfway in to adjust the focus, and it worked better than my Sony which has a macro, taking clear pictures at a inch and a half.
