I would also like to add that I own both a cricket and an edgun. Which ever gun you choose to buy, you can’t really go wrong. They are both fantastic. I am not really loyal to one company or another. I usually buy from all vendors. If they have what I want at that moment, I will purchase it. However, Dima Deal for a standard cricket .22 cal is absolutely a deal. I wish I would have known. I could have use the 200 buck for pellets. Oh well, not everything is meant to follow a certain pattern. I’m happy with my purchase so far and I don’t think I will be done buying airguns. So, keep them coming 😀

I noticed something peculiar about my dealings with Tony from edgun and Dima from kalibrgun USA. These are just my observations and please don’t take it the wrong way.
1. Kalibrgun USA and edgun USA are only about 5 miles from each other according to google maps.
2. They both use the exact same shipping methods and package thief guns with what seems the same materials – bubbles, boxes, those “pillows” at each end of the gun bag/factory boxes.
This may be coincidental, but it did catch my interest.
I may be making something out of nothing and sorry to Dima and Tony if I am.

And Ed has sold hundreds of rifles through this forum and to now say Cricket should pay is BEYOND hypocritical. Unless you are a Democrat and then it would be s.o.p.. 😆
Not to mention the Cricket thread that became an EdGun thread with Ed posting about and selling his products. Surely you can’t be that offended since it has gone both ways, or did you miss those threads because they were Cricket threads? Actually if I think about it there is FAR more Cricket bashing here than EdGun bashing. This thread is a perfect example… 😉
On the other hand it is nice to be finding out more information about the poster of this topic. I wish he would be more involved here with regards to the rifles he sells. It would probably add to the whole thing being approached with a bit less suspicion. Although at this point (from this thread) he probably will stay away more. 😯
What I am saying that we should be fair to this dealer and not crap in his thread.
He didnt pay for advertizement, but I dont think anyone did including edgun. This is free section for bullpup style rifles and we should not forget it.
I think if we have questions, we should take it to email or PM and not calling out him on the forum without trying to resolve the problem or potential problem over the private conversation first.
I am neutral territory here. I have few EDguns and couple Crickets and I am not taking sides. (although I do prefer EDgun personally =) hehe )
Calibrgun wants to sell their guns for same price as Edgun 💡 Why should they be cheaper? 🙁
Fast and Dangerous; if it sounded to you like I was offensive and talking crap, I just found it strange that the price of a Cricket suddenly dropped $400 just when the latest shipment of Matadors came in. I didn’t mean to rain on anybodies parade.
I do take offence when Kalibrgunusa gets free advertising in the Edgun +Bullpups topic section on the TAG. In my opinion, if he wants to post Crickets for sale; he should post it in the For Sale section. If Kalibrgunusa is using the TAG as a major source of his sales, I think that he should give Tony a portion of his proceeds in exchange for the free advertising!
I also take offense when Cricket owners jump into a Matador topic and bash the Matadors.
Maybe I am just too offensive!
Be sure about the information you are posting. You are off the mark on several of your statements.
TGAG received 40 Crickets and Dima received 50 on their initial orders. The school I attended taught me a different math than what you studied. It doesn’t add up to double.
Richard, the plant manager at Kalibr emailed Boris at TopGun and verified that Dima DID NOT RECEIVE A 2nd SHIPMENT!!!
Richard also stated that the factory DID not authorize Dima to reduce his pricing to the level he has advertised. There is NO factory sale going on.
I have asked from the forum if Dima was going to service the Crickets that he is selling and he is not responding.
The people who are posting on this forum are not talking crap nor are they misrepresenting facts. You have full ownership of that. In the future make sure of your facts before you begin typing.

Your responses are what we were fishing for! Most of us have had no experience with the Cricket, or it’s assorted dealers that have arrived in our forum. Most of the talk has been about the bullpups, not the dealers.
We aren’t trying to disrespect anyone…we are trying to protect our members by obtaining information about what other people have experienced.

I got my cricket from Dima, it arrived very fast, the stock does have a couple of blemishes but Dima is taking care of it and communication with him is good. Knowing what I know about dealing with Dima I would buy a cricket from him again in a heartbeat, even at the regular price of $1950.00 but the money saved from the latest price decrease is a bonus as it would buy some good glass or a bunch of pellets.
I think you guys are way out of line here. You come to the official Cricket dealer thread and crap in it.
Couple things I want to remind you about.
Dima at Kalibr Gun USA was the First official dealer to have Crickets in US.
His inventory was more than twice as much as first order of TGAG and Dima just got another shipment
Kalibr Gun USA carries that brand exclusively and it was not an add-on to some other brands.
And lastly I personally purchased two Crickets from him and I had the best shopping experience.
I don’t think anyone has any problems with Dima or delivery of the Crickets or his customer service. Everyone who bought from him got their Crickets on time and in exceptional condition.
So why are you guys talking crap? I know its an open forum and I like it because of this, but none of you have any ground for your worries and I think by saying the stuff you saying, you are hurting his business.
Do you see me complaining? Heck I was ready to pay more than 1950 that I paid for each Cricket just to be one of the first one with this sweet device. Now he offers a discount and people complain and making conspiracy theories. Go figure.

Thanks! The last update I had was from the Netherlands, and checking back I see the prices I mentioned was for the synthetic stock. Synthetic stocks in beautiful Eastern Europe seem to be running 999.00 Euro. today. Wood is indeed more costly.
Perhaps Old Goat is right… Prices may drop. Or, perhaps pigs may fly.
