Trigger Question

I am starting to take a look at my trigger assembly and was wondering about the trigger and sear interaction. If you lengthened the sear lever and shortened the trigger lever, would not the trigger pull be lightened due to mechanical advantage? You would likely have to “raise” them in relation to the pins to allow for increased travel or would you end up with an overly long trigger pull?

It works very well Doug. And does great with the stronger spring that you sent me. But he is a ……Well,……… I will just leave it at that. It pisses me off with what the yellow is letting him get away with. 👿

I know people don’t like who makes the super sear but it does work. My .308 is well under a pound and I’m going to stiffin it up here someday. That’s running a 13lb hammer spring.

I don’t know how it feels with the stock hammer spring until I finish setting up .25 for reg only.
