Gunpower Storm

Hello ive just got a Gunpower Storm , and would like to tune it up to shoot accurately as possible, Also i ahve been told about a TOP HAT MOD , ive done a search but unable to find the relevant thread,

also about putting rubber washers behind the hammer to stop slap ?, and is there anywhere to get part/tuned parts in the uk

please help.
