New Cricket Delivery

The white stork arrived (USPS). What a beautiful piece of furniture. It’s tiny. It came with 200 bar of air and a numbered pressure gauge! Lucky thing too because the Foster adapter Joe B. shipped on Saturday didn’t make it from CA yet. Here are some quick picts with a lot of glare.

Crickets owners – I just measured the trigger pull weight at 11 ozs but the travel is pretty long. I am really surprised how light it was set at the factory.

How were your Cricket triggers set at the factory for pull weight?

I plan on loctiting the threaded end on the linkage pushrod so it wont wear over time and shortening the travel a bit. The pull is perfect for my style of shooting but probably not for most hunters.

More for carrying ammo in the field. You can buy either the skeleton stock or the bullpup for the same price. The forearm and other areas are different as well.

Looks good with the numbered gauge on it. I may look into replacing mine with one.

Yeah. I would not mind having a numbered gauge on mine too.

Are those mags in the stock for quick exchange with the breech?

I sighted it in and it did about a 3/8″ group at 34 yards with JSBs 18.1. I have some chrony work to do first before trying for real good groups. A sparrow found an untimely end already by getting too near the target zone.

The mounting did not require shims and was near perfect elevation wise but slightly off to the left.

You are going to like it I’m sure 😀 I still grin from ear to ear everytime I shoot mine 😎 😎

Nice to see they finally ran out of the rainbow air gauges…..most likely not any better just seems more manly 😯 😯 😯

Boris at TGAG. I think he said this was like the fourth shipment from CZ and another was due soon. When I just looked to get the link it appears they raised prices on the walnut guns and updated the web page. Maybe I lucked out for once in my life.

Awesome! Who did you order it from? I’m curious who has the new gauges.
